I Can Cope Workshop Series

The Cancer Center at Lake Manassas offers the I Can Cope workshop series for times per year. I Can Cope is an educational program sponsored by the American Cancer Society to provide a supportive environment for adults with cancer and their loved ones.

Each 12-week session covers a range of topics designed to help participants cope with their cancer experience by increasing their knowledge, positive attitude, and skills. Some topics are specific nutrition for patients undergoing treatment, dealing with symptom relief for fatigue and pain, managing the financial aspects of cancer treatment, and how to talk with your family about the diagnosis and treatment. Participants may attend one or more workshops in the series, according to their needs and interests.

Please call (703) 895-4857 for current schedule and to register.
