Our doctors are routinely selected by their peers as among the region's best in their areas of expertise. Every two years, Washingtonian Magazine asks thousands of physicians in the region: If someone in your family were sick, which doctor would you call? The result is a guide containing the area's best doctors. Dr. Sanjeev Aggarwal, medical director of The Cancer Center at Lake Manassas, was selected a Top Doc in both 2012 and 2010. Northern Virginia Magazine compiles an annual list of top doctors based on peer reviews and expert panels. Dr. Sanjeev Aggarwal and Dr. Moira Sutton are on the 2012 list .

The Cancer Center at Lake Manassas is led by radiation oncologist, Dr. Sanjeev K. Aggarwal. His team of nurses, technicians and administrative staff work together to ensure that all patients are given the best possible care in a comfortable and caring environment.

Our goal is to provide patients with the highest level of care close to where they live and work to make treatments as convenient as possible. We’re proud to be innovators in the fight against cancer, offering the latest technologies for cancer treatment.

In May 2009, we became the first center in the Northern VA/metro DC area to offer RapidArc™ Radiation Therapy, an innovation that delivers radiation therapy more quickly and precisely for a more comfortable experience with potential for fewer side effects.

Our commitment to delivering the best care goes beyond just offering the most advanced technologies. My staff and I are also focused on the entire patient care experience and view The Cancer Center as a resource for the people of this community. We are committed to serving patients, caregivers, and their families by listening, understanding concerns, and offering emotional support in addition to the best possible medical care.
