Welcome to The Cancer Center at Lake Manassas. We are dedicated to providing the highest quality cancer care for our patients in a warm and patient-centered environment. Since February 2007, we have battled a variety of cancers using the most advanced radiation therapy technologies. We are committed to providing comprehensive cancer treatment by adding additional services such as PET/CT imaging, a diagnostic technology that improves cancer diagnosis. We are also fortunate to have on our premises Northern Virginia Hematology and Oncology to allow patients to receive both chemo and radiation treatments in one facility.
Insurance and Billing
We accept Anthem, United (and those under United such as MAMSI, MDIPA), Aetna, Cigna, Coventry (Coventry, First Health, Mutual of Omaha), Carefirst BC/BS (PPO). We are required to ask for a special request for Carefirst HMO patients. If you do not see your insurance listed, please call us first before making your decision as we make every effort to work with any private insurance company. We have been very successful in working with various smaller insurance companies to come to an agreement to treat their patients as in-network patients for individual cases. We are committed to serving this community, and want to work with you to ensure that you get the care you need. For more information about insurance, billing, or financial assistance, call us at (703) 753-4045.
Support Groups
Support groups foster a sense of community among people affected by cancer. Patient support groups provide a safe place to share thoughts and feelings with others dealing with similar concerns and emotions. There are a number of support groups and programs at The Cancer Center, Fauquier Hospital, and Prince William Hospital to help patients as well as their families and caregivers.
